PRESIDENT

Stephen has 30 years of real estate development experience on projects including urban multi-family housing, subdivisions, and resort/recreational properties. 

Projects have been completed in the Fraser Valley, Nanaimo, Esquimalt, Ucluelet, Calgary, Vancouver, New Westminster, Port Moody, Chestermere AB, Prince George, and Kelowna.  Stephen has also led master planned communities and local area plans.

With a background in hospitality, he puts a lot of emphasis on how people will live in the built environment regardless of setting or lifestyle.

Stephen earned an MBA from Guelph University with a focus on development finance and economics.   

His other interests include cooking, boating, golf, wine and spirits.

DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

Joe is uniquely experienced with over ten years in the architectural industry and 5 years in the construction industry working on single-family, multi-family, emergency response, daycare, cultural, community, and health centers for a broad range of clients across the province.

Joe’s knowledge in building science pushes him to develop efficient, sustainable, pragmatic, and cost-effective building systems always in the best interest of the client(s), their community, and the health of the planet.

While Joe’s creative sensibilities help him to think about building details to ensure a building’s beauty, his experience in the construction industry provides a pragmatic approach to his work. He has an understanding of what it takes to build what has been drawn to ensure a project vision is realized.

Joe’s interests include woodworking to make furniture and home furnishings, cooking delicious food for friends and family, and the beauty of the great outdoors.

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Ryan is a results-driven Senior Development Manager, and finance, and investment professional with over 15 years of experience leading complex real estate development projects from acquisition to completion.

Known for consistently delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, Ryan specializes in development management, construction oversight, and securing commercial financing, focusing on debt, equity, limited partnerships, and joint venture partnerships.

Ryan enjoys golf, hockey and hanging out with his dogs.
