Good planning and design starts with knowing your buyer. We use a marketing approach to gain customer insight and generate key elements of a project’s design. Sales can often determine feasibility and therefore financing, so it pays to focus on customers early in the development process.
Construction & Occupancy
Having experience with a variety of building technologies and market conditions is critical in the early stages of planning and design to ensure the feasibility of a good product and market fit. We work with a number of construction partners best suited for each individual project.
